Currently, our products are shipped free of charge, but if you require expedited shipping, additional shipping fees may apply. Delivery addresses are limited to the United States and Canada, and we are unable to deliver to overseas islands at this time.

What is the estimated delivery date?

For orders with inventory available in our US/Canada warehouses, most customers receive their packages within 15-20 days. If inventory is not available in the warehouse, delivery times may be extended, with packages expected to arrive within 40-45 days.

How do I track my order? 

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. This email contains your package tracking number and the package carrier handling your shipment. You can track your package by clicking the button in this email. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into our website and going to the Account Details section. Go to "Order History" and then "Order Details" to find information about shipping methods and tracking numbers. What is the difference between standard shipping and expedited shipping?

If you choose standard shipping, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. As for expedited shipping, shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days.During peak logistics periods, the shipping timeframe may be extended.

The shipping address I entered during checkout is incorrect, how do I change it?

Oops, it happens! We can definitely try to help you change your shipping information before your order ships. If your order has been shipped, please contact the carrier to see if they can forward the package to you. Please send an email to service@hottoerak.shop to be determined as soon as possible so that we can provide timely help.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Yes. Please enter APO or FPO in the City field. All APO/FPO orders will ship at our great value shipping speeds. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we cannot guarantee APO/FPO and PO Box delivery date.
