Hottoerak return policy only applies to orders placed directly through hottoerak.shop. If you purchased through an authorized provider, please contact your provider to discuss a return. 

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: You need to contact our team, stating the reason for the return and providing order information. Our contact information: service@hottoerak.shop
  2. Eligibility Review: The customer service team will review the return request to ensure that the order meets the conditions of the return policy, such as return time limits and product condition.
  3. Obtain Return Label: The customer service team will provide a return label or instruct customers on how to return the goods.
  4. Return of Goods: Customers need to return the goods in original packaging and ship the returned goods to the designated address as instructed by customer service.
  5. Wait for Inspection: After receiving the returned goods, the merchant will inspect and confirm the condition of the goods to determine if they meet the return conditions.
  6. Refund Processing: If the return meets the conditions, the merchant will process the refund, and the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Return the goods

All Hottoerak products come with a 35-day money back guarantee. Your return window begins on the day your order is placed, please inspect your order upon delivery for product damage or defects. If something goes wrong, or you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team: service@hottoerak.shop. In order to verify your order, we require the name and/or email address associated with your order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or product. Please allow 1-2 business days for someone from the customer service team to respond.

Returns must include the original box and accessories and parts supplied with the order. It takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return to inspect the product. Once the return has been verified, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note: All returns must be postmarked by the last day of the return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return request submitted after the return window is not eligible for a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to track their order to its destination. If there are any issues with your order during shipment/delivery, please contact us immediately. If the tracking information associated with your order shows "Delivered" by the carrier and you do not receive the item, it may be reshipped after further investigation with the carrier. In the event of shipping damage, please save all packaging materials, take photos of the damage, and report the damage to Hottoerak immediately.

EXTENDED HOLIDAYS: Rest assured, we hope your recipients love their Hottoerak gifts! If they want to return a gift, we're extending the return period for the holidays to 45 days.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
